Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator (EPC2 Quality Lead) in The Woodlands, TX to oversee QA/QC for major subsea packages. The role involves implementing the Project Quality Plan, monitoring procurement, and coordinating inspections and FAT activities.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas with procured materials and equipment.
• Deepwater subsea equipment knowledge (trees, manifolds, umbilicals, valves).
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Engineering or related field.
• Auditor qualification with supplier audits (preferred).
• Willingness to travel internationally and domestically.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Project Quality Plan and Procurement Surveillance Program for EPC2 subsea scopes.
• Monitor procurement activities for compliance with specs and quality procedures.
• Review purchasing documents, RFQ packages, supplier quality plans, and ITPs.
• Coordinate inspection activities, pre-inspection meetings, and FAT witness points.
• Identify and resolve nonconformances and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Inform project team on quality metrics and supplier statuses.
