Job summary

Saulsbury Industries is seeking a QA/QC Lead to initiate and manage quality systems on industrial project sites. Travel to remote locations and operate with relocation assistance and a company vehicle are included.

The role requires strong experience in quality management for heavy industrial oil & gas EPC projects, with AWS inspection credentials preferred and knowledge of ASME/API/AWS/AIM/ ASTM standards. You will lead QA teams and coordinate with engineering and operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar QA role in heavy industrial Oil & Gas.
• AWS - Certified Welding Inspector certification preferred.
• Proficient in welding codes and QA/QC procedures.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Midstream, Petrochemical, Energy EPC experience required.
• Fabrication experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage the Quality Management System on assigned projects.
• Supervise Quality Personnel responsible for audit, inspection, surveillance, and testing.
• Coordinate with external agencies for qualifications, welder certifications and documentation.
• Staff project sites with competent Quality personnel in collaboration with Human Resources.
• Provide training on construction and quality control programs to site personnel.
• Support project site challenges with QA/QC input.
• Assist with budgeting and scheduling for NDE vendors.
