Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Product Service Engineering Leader to drive the global PSE organization for Aeroderivative fleet, delivering rapid, data-driven field issue resolution and a culture of technical excellence. You will lead ~5 direct reports and ~50 engineers across hubs in Houston, Greenville, Queretaro, Madrid and India.

The role requires 10+ years in field engineering or product service and 5+ years in leadership, with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days on-site).

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related discipline.
• 10+ years in product service or field engineering within rotating equipment or power generation.
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing teams.
• Hybrid work; able to work from GE Vernova office at least 3 days/week.
• No sponsorship for the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Front Line, owning the vision for the PSE organization and the Quick Response Center (QRC).
• Drive operational excellence to ensure timely, high-quality field issue resolution.
• Oversee lifecycle support from QRC to Root Cause Analysis in collaboration with product teams.
• Mentor a global team of ~55 engineers with hubs in multiple locations.
• Partner with regional and product teams to support installation, commissioning, and fleet reliability.
• Translate field insights into preventative measures and design improvements.
