Job summary

GE Vernova seeks an Aeroderivative Program Manager to drive strategic integration of fleet programs and own corrective actions across NPI and service operations. You will lead resolution of quality issues through collaboration with Engineering, Supply Chain and Operations, delivering improvements and upholding COPQ targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business-related discipline.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with executive-level presentation ability.
• Experience leading product lines, engineering, services or program management.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic deployment of corrective actions across NPI, New Unit, I&C and fleet implementation.
• Own COPQ target for Aeroderivative tied to systemic product quality issues.
• Develop and champion programs to reduce COPQ through cross-functional alignment.
