Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Product Service Engineering Leader to act as the technical heartbeat for our global Aeroderivative fleet. You will lead a high-performing, geographically dispersed team and drive reliable field issue resolution while fostering technical excellence.

You will guide the Quick Response Center, set priorities, and mentor a field-first workforce across hubs in Houston, Greenville, Queretaro, Madrid and India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, or related discipline).
• 10+ years of experience in product service, field engineering, or technical leadership within rotating equipment or power generation.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership capacity, including managing teams.
• Hybrid work environment; must be able to work from a GE Vernova office at least 3 days/week.
• Demonstrated success leading global, cross-functional, or remote teams.
• Strong technical background in gas turbine operation, maintenance, or field service.
• Experience with data-driven problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Advanced degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Front Line: Own the vision and strategy for the PSE organization and the Quick Response Center (QRC).
• Drive Operational Excellence: Set priorities and performance standards for timely, high-quality resolution of field issues.
• Orchestrate Lifecycle Support: Manage transition of issues from QRC to Root Cause Analysis with product teams.
• Cultivate a High-Performance Culture: Lead a global team with hubs in multiple locations.
• Partner for Strategic Impact: Collaborate across Regions and Functions to support I&C and fleet reliability.
• Scale for Growth: Support record-breaking new unit sales by scaling technical response capabilities.
• Influence Product Improvement: Translate field insights into preventative measures.
