Job summary

Qualifications

• InDesign or similar design applications experience.
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to tailor collateral to each prospect with precision.
• Design experience is a plus; aviation industry knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tailored sales proposals with accurate pricing and financial comparisons.
• Prepare presentations and sales collateral with a consistent design aesthetic.
• Liaise with the Proposals Manager to prioritize proposals across time zones.
• Collaborate with Sales VPs to tailor proposals and follow up consistently.
• Assist with RFPs and corporate tenders across departments.
• Regularly review templates in the proposals library to stay current and fit for purpose.
• Keep an up-to-date live log of all proposals prepared for the Program Sales team.
• Conduct analytical projects on proposal conversions and regional trends.
• Provide ad-hoc team support and research. Salary for this position is $68,000 plus $2,500 bonus.
