White & Case is seeking a Proposals Manager to support the Americas Corporate/M&A partners from the New York office. You will drive the preparation of pitches and proposals for high-value, cross-border matters, coordinating with BD teams across regions and ensuring timely delivery of top-quality client material.

The role requires strong leadership, superb communication, and the ability to manage multiple proposals while coordinating global inputs and maintaining proposal systems and collateral.

Qualificações

• Experience in an international law firm or professional services firm on proposal activities.
• Strong track record of experience and achievement in a manager level role.
• Excellent communication skills – written and oral, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating multi-jurisdictional and multi-practice proposals (Panel and matter-specific RFPs).
• Proficiency with CRM systems and proposal management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Take a leading role in preparing pitches, proposals and client presentations for the Americas Corporate/M&A partners, ensuring top standards and deadlines.
• Coordinate preparation of smaller pitches and capability statements with BD Specialists and Coordinators.
• Support Americas Corporate practice area on significant global panel proposals and lead smaller US-originating panel RFPs.
• Manage and report on RFP activity, tracking pitch volumes, win/loss ratios and issues.
• Facilitate beauty parade rehearsals, develop tactics and liaise with Design team for collateral.
• Ensure proposal content is current in the CRM and maintain Americas-wide materials and boilerplate content.
