White & Case LLP is seeking a Specialist in Business Development for the Americas Debt Finance practice, based in New York. The role drives pitches, proposals, credentials, market research and client development under the BD Manager, ensuring timely, commercially focused outputs.

You will collaborate with partners, lawyers and cross-functional teams, manage deadlines and improve BD processes, reporting and knowledge resources to strengthen client engagement and market positioning.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in BD for a law firm or professional services.
• Demonstrated expertise in pitching support, research, market and client analysis, experience management, CRM and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of defined pitches, proposals, credentials requests from initiation to completion.
• Develop, maintain and quality-check pitch content including deal lists, bios, credentials and case studies.
• Coordinate complex submissions with multiple partners and jurisdictions under BD oversight.
• Conduct market and client data analysis to identify opportunities for BD initiatives.
• Maintain client relationship maps and provide insights for account-planning activity.
