Job summary

IP House seeks a Proposal Development Coordinator to craft professional pitch materials and proposals for new business opportunities. You will support the Manager, Global Client Solutions, and help prepare materials that demonstrate IP House capabilities to clients.

The role focuses on writing, editing, content organization, and coordinating with investigators, legal, and business development teams across geographies to ensure accurate, compliant proposals.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing abilities with clear, client-focused content.
• Experience managing proposals or RFP responses in professional services.
• Familiarity with IP/brand protection projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pitch templates and materials: update, organize, tailor for clients.
• RFP & proposal support: summarize needs and gather content.
• Draft and edit proposal sections to clarity and branding.
• Maintain content library of templates, case studies, bios.
• Coordinate with designers on proposal visuals and layout.
• Track submissions and outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Review proposals for accuracy and completeness.
