Munich Re America Services (MRAS) is seeking a strategic Head of GSI Property Underwriting to provide a portfolio view of Property risks across global primary insurance. The role ensures consistent risk views and alignment with GSI Underwriting strategies across local BUs, driving long-term profitability of the Property portfolio.

You will lead the development of underwriting guidelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and guide training, analytics, and performance measures to align with

Qualificações

• Deep knowledge of insurance underwriting practices and data-driven decision making.
• 10+ years of Property Underwriting experience.
• Experience underwriting MGA/Program business.
• Experience in US admitted and E&S markets (personal & commercial lines).
• Bachelor’s degree; CPCU or ARe preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Set the overall GSI Property Underwriting strategy, guidelines and risk management approaches.
• Oversee GSI underwriting strategies and guidelines through the GSI Underwriting teams.
• Coordinate responses to industry trends impacting GSI portfolio results.
• Implement Global Property UW strategies and Global UW guidelines.
• Lead referrals and support BUs through the GURC process.
