Munich Re Group seeks a seasoned Head of GSI Property Underwriting to drive portfolio strategies across US primary and reinsurance markets. You will set underwriting guidelines, respond to industry trends, and coordinate with BU underwriters to ensure profitability.

The role requires at least 10 years in Property Underwriting, experience in US admitted and E&S markets, CPCU or ARe designations, and willingness to travel up to 35-45%.

• Deep knowledge of Insurance Underwriting practices and data-driven decisions.
• 10+ years of Property Underwriting experience.
• Experience in US admitted and E&S markets.

Responsabilités

• Set and oversee GSI Property Underwriting strategy and guidelines.
• Monitor industry trends and coordinate underwriting responses across BUs.
• Lead audits, training, and KPI-driven UW quality assurance.
• Coordinate with Resourcing, Pricing, and Claims for portfolio management.
