Job summary

DAI is seeking an Associate Specialist, Project Management to help deliver a portfolio of international development programs. You will provide operational, financial, contractual, and compliance oversight across the project lifecycle, coordinating with home office and field teams.

In addition to delivery, you will support proposals, pricing, and country intelligence, helping position DAI for new opportunities while adapting to different countries and clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of donor-funded project management experience, including USG-funded programs.
• 2+ years of business development experience, supporting capture and proposal development.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Experience with USG-funded budgets and financial analysis.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Support projects from start-up through closeout.
• Liaise with project teams, guiding operations and resolving issues.
• Monitor operational, financial, contractual, and compliance risks and mitigations.
• Coordinate procurement, staff documentation, and deliverable tracking.
• Draft contract and subcontract documents; support budget and invoicing processes.
• Assist with monthly financial analyses and quarterly forecasts.
