Job summary

The Global Development Incubator seeks a Senior Associate – Operations and Compliance to support day-to-day operations, accounting, and talent teams. You will ensure subcontracting, subaward management, and donor compliance are executed with precision, while maintaining strong relationships with partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 3 years in a related role.
• Experience in nonprofit operations and compliance of donor funding preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provides high quality operations and compliance support to GDI and affiliates, including subcontracting and subaward management.
• Deploys staff on policies and procedures with budget and donor compliance.
• Supports business operations launch for incubated initiatives setting up independent legal entities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Coordinate with finance, legal, and program teams to ensure donor requirements are met.
