Job summary

Global Development Incubator is seeking a highly organized Manager of Operations and Compliance to support finance, accounting, and talent teams and ensure compliant day-to-day operations for GDI and incubated initiatives.

In this role you will manage subcontracting and subawards, donor agreements, and develop processes to strengthen policy adherence while coordinating across teams and external partners. The position reports to the Associate Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with subcontracting, procurement, and subawards under various donor frameworks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Interest in learning new skills and social impact work

Responsibilities

• Provides high quality operations and compliance support to GDI and incubated initiatives, including subcontracting and subawards management
• Lead business operations launch activities for incubated initiatives and assist with setting up independent entities
• Supervise performance of Senior Associates on the Operations team
• Perform other duties as assigned
