Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to oversee the development, administration, and monitoring of federally funded programs and projects. You will ensure eligibility under local, state and federal regulations, adhere to program guidelines, and maintain documentation to support eligible expenses.

The role requires high-level expertise across project management, compliance and monitoring, federal reporting, procurement, construction, and eligibility standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years’ experience with state and local governments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manages and tracks agency spends and project progress.
• Interfaces with client agency and senior program staff.
• Delivers timely, effective, high‑quality results for the client/agency.
• Ensures high-quality service to all clients and maintains firm reputation.
• Other duties as required.
