Job summary

Global Development Incubator (GDI) seeks a Senior Associate in Operations and Compliance to strengthen day-to-day operations, grant management, and partner coordination for GDI Americas. The role emphasizes proactive process improvement and donor compliance across multiple initiatives, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and autonomy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years of progressive nonprofit operations experience.
• Experience with subcontracting, procurement, and subawards under donor-funded programs.
• Strong collaboration across teams and client relationship management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to balance planning with decisive action and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality operations and compliance support to GDI and affiliates.
• Oversee subcontracting and subaward management and donor reporting.
• Develop and implement policy procedures aligned with donor requirements.
• Support business operations launches for incubated initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
