Job summary

UCC Environmental is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated schedules for systems designed and supplied by the company. The role requires coordinating engineering, procurement, and construction activities to support contracts and timely project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 5+ years of project controls experience, and strong proficiency with scheduling methods and Oracle P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering field is preferred.
• 5+ years of project controls experience in engineering/construction.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and methods (WBS, critical path).
• Ability to perform earned value analysis and assess schedule risk.

Responsibilities

• Create master schedule for assigned projects and coordinate deliverables across engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Review schedules and determine impact of internal/external deliveries on milestones.
• Identify delays, propose recovery actions to Project Manager.
• Integrate external sub-schedules into a unified master schedule and report performance indicators.
