Component Sourcing International is seeking a Project and Sales Engineer to bridge customers with our global engineering, sourcing, and manufacturing network. You will own opportunities from first conversation and RFQ through samples and validation into initial production, directly impacting CSI’s industrial parts revenue.

You will combine engineering fundamentals with sales instincts, build trust by understanding customer applications, design parts in CAD, prepare quotes, and lead teams across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in engineering, project engineering, or project management.
• Demonstrated customer-facing experience with relationship-building.
• Strong sales instincts and ability to present solutions.
• Ability to read manufacturing drawings, GD&T and tolerances.
• Proficiency with CAD, and experience in industrial parts context.

Responsabilités

• Engage customers as a trusted technical advisor and grow a parts pipeline.
• Lead end-to-end RFQ, quotes, samples, PPAP, and production launches.
• Design and refine parts in CAD and review customer drawings.
• Coordinate with sourcing, quality, and operations across US and global sites.
• Develop competitive quotes while protecting margin and value.
• Track project timelines, lead-time, and KPI metrics.
