Job summary

Keen Project Solutions, LLC seeks an Industrial Sales Engineer to lead front-end development of agricultural and industrial capital projects. You will partner with clients to define needs, translate them into executable solutions across seed, grain, value-added agriculture, milling, and pet food facilities, and guide concepts through validated scope, budget, and schedule readiness.

Responsibilities include developing process diagrams, ROM budgets, milestone schedules, and proposal documents

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, construction, agricultural, or industrial engineering.
Minimum of ten years of proven experience in industrial construction projects.
Experience with client bids, master planning, and design development scopes.

Responsibilities

Lead front-end development of capital projects from concept through preconstruction.
Develop ROM budgets and milestone schedules for early project phases.
Coordinate with owners, operators, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Prepare proposal documents, scopes, and risk analyses for go/no-go decisions.
Provide technical support to project managers and field teams during execution.
