Job summary

Our client, a leading industrial equipment manufacturer, is seeking a Project Development Manager to join their team in Hartford, WI. You will support Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Customer Project Teams, coordinating across departments from concept through final shipment.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with fabrication, industrial equipment, heavy manufacturing, process equipment, HVAC systems, or related industries preferred.
• Experience with estimating, applications engineering, technical sales, project management, AutoCAD, or similar CAD software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review customer specifications, drawings, and RFQs to develop technical proposals and quotations.
• Manage projects from order receipt through final shipment, including schedule development and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate communication between customers, engineering, procurement, quality, and manufacturing teams.
• Source materials and services, obtain supplier quotations, and support procurement activities.
• Provide technical support for manufacturing, quality inspections, documentation, and production planning.
