Siemens Energy in Orlando, FL is seeking a Global Project Procurement Manager to lead the procurement strategy for complex projects from tender to handover, coordinating with the Project Core Team and regional stakeholders.

You will drive sourcing strategies, assess market conditions, manage contract risks, mentor buyers, and deliver qualified reporting to the Project Team. A PMP or equivalent and SAP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in business administration, supply chain management, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years’ experience in completing complex projects.
• PMP Certification or similar and SAP experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Define and align procurement strategy with the Project Core Team and Procurement Community during the whole Project Lifecycle.
• Lead tailored Sourcing Strategies in each project and establish price escalation formulas for cost calculation.
• Set up Procurement Collaboration Model to cover Off- and Onshore scopes and align with regional units.
• Lead market analysis, risk mitigation, negotiations with suppliers, and translate back-to-backs to project standards.
• Support buyers and commodity managers to secure best terms and responsible material sourcing.
• Provide procurement data for project controlling and deliver qualified reporting to the Project Team.
