Siemens Energy is seeking a Contract Manager for its Gas Services team in Orlando, FL. You will lead contract management activities across large-scale service projects, review contracts, assess risks, and support negotiations to protect commercial interests and ensure project success.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in contract management, experience with international teams, and strong communication and stakeholder skills. Domestic and international travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in contract management, claim management, contract drafting, and contract analysis within a project-based environment.
• Experience working with international teams and contractual partners; travel up to 20%.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with project, customer, and legal stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise project teams on customer contracts and subcontract agreements to safeguard Siemens Energy's contractual rights and obligations.
• Support contract administration activities, including change order management and drafting contractual correspondence.
• Review technical, commercial, and contractual requirements to develop project-specific claim and risk mitigation strategies.
• Assist in the preparation, pursuit, and defense of contractual claims by analyzing project documentation and records.
• Identify contractual risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to support project success.
• Collaborate with project management, legal teams, and customers to resolve complex contractual issues.
