You will coordinate with global teams to ensure on-time delivery of engineering documents and clear scope, while managing technical risk and changes.

The role requires 8+ years in power plant projects, a mechanical or electrical background, strong English communication, and travel up to 20% for coordinating with customers

Qualifications

• 8+ years in power plant project execution with knowledge of gas/steam turbines or generators.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• Proficient in English; strong written and verbal communication.
• Willing to travel up to 20% annually.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-discipline team of mechanical, fluid, electrical and control engineers toward project management.
• Serve as primary point of contact for technical scope and document schedule.
• Coordinate contract requirements flow-down to engineering teams at kickoff.
• Identify risks and manage engineering change requests during project execution.
• Foster collaboration across Siemens Energy Engineering, PM, Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing, and Installation.
