Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Director, Project & Portfolio Leader to establish and lead the portfolio governance framework and drive strategic planning across the function. You will partner with functional leaders to ensure projects align with priorities and deliver executive-level analytics and reporting.

You will lead a global team, build governance maturity, and implement standardized PM practices to improve delivery and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in portfolio management, project management, operations, supply chain, finance, or related functions.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs and portfolios in global organizations.
• Proven leadership experience managing global teams across geographies.
• Strong business acumen with financial planning, budgeting, investment governance, and portfolio prioritization.
• Demonstrated ability to operationalize strategy, drive execution, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and align across boundaries without direct authority.
• Strong understanding of portfolio management principles, governance, risk management, and benefits realization.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to make decisions amid ambiguity.
• Self-directed leader with the ability to manage complexity and drive accountability.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis, including dashboard development and decision-support analytics.
• Experience with portfolio, reporting, and analytics tools to drive visibility and performance.

Responsabilités

• Establish, lead, and continuously enhance the project and portfolio governance framework for effective decision making and prioritization.
• Own the end-to-end Project Governance Process, ensuring deployment, adoption, and compliance across functions.
• Lead project portfolio planning, review, and reporting across BP, JU, NU, LRFP, and other planning cycles.
• Partner with functional leaders to keep the portfolio aligned with CSC priorities and investment strategies.
• Provide portfolio analytics, dashboards, and insights for data-driven decisions and proactive management.
• Drive evaluation of the project pipeline, visibility of opportunities, resource demands, risks, and dependencies.
• Facilitate governance forums, portfolio reviews, and leadership discussions to support prioritization and risk management.
• Establish and harmonize project management standards, tools, and best practices for scalable capability.
• Build PM capabilities through training, coaching, and standardized ways of working across the organization.
• Ensure successful execution by adhering to objectives, timelines, budgets, scope, and quality.
