• Track record of driving global process improvements and scaling programs.
• Self-starter who proactively identifies and solves problems.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Must be able to work in the New York office 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Operations Managers to deliver high-quality, scalable rollouts.
• Act as escalation point and partner with internal/external stakeholders.
• Foster an inspiring, collaborative team culture with open communication.
• Drive continuous improvement and scalable processes across global projects.
• Define and execute strategic initiatives to grow and mature the POM organization.
