Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination, and supervision to meet specifications and cost/time targets.
• Serve as primary contact between customer and facility; liaise on quality issues.
• Coordinate between management, sales, purchasing, engineering, planning, and production; monitor progress.
• Develop and manage project budgets and resource allocation.
• Provide training and performance evaluations to project teams; ensure policy compliance.
• Prepare and monitor document submittals per contractual requirements.
• Troubleshoot project issues and implement effective solutions.
