Job summary

WHC LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee estimation and construction of oil & gas facility projects across North America. The role focuses on safety, quality, and environmental compliance while managing client relations and project controls.

Based in Broussard, LA or The Woodlands, TX, the PM will oversee procurement, contracts, and scheduling, with travel to project sites several days a week. A PMP or PE is a plus.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in civil engineering/technology, construction management, or related field is an asset.
• Combination of education and relevant experience.
• A professional designation such as PE., P. Tech or PMP is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Transition a contract award into project deliverables, including work plans and budget baselines.
• Lead the project management team through lifecycle of the project.
• Interface with functional leaders to develop project from solution to handover.
• Provide direction to achieve cost, schedule, safety, quality, environment KPIs.
• Develop and manage a project-specific PM & Control plan.
• Coordinate subcontractor relations and project reporting.
