Job summary

Apache Industrial Services in the United States seeks a Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of industrial construction projects, from planning through completion, coordinating with clients, architects, and engineers to define scope, budgets, and schedules.

You will manage cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs, control project costs, ensure safety and quality, handle change orders, and keep stakeholders apprised of progress and risks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management, oil, and gas, or industrial services experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• PMP or other certifications preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Lead all elements of the project execution from award to completion, including monitoring schedules, budgets and manpower expenditures.
• Attend bid meetings or job walks to understand customer requirements, scope of work, and site conditions.
• May estimate work and prepare proposals or work with Estimator.
• Set up project kickoff and contract review with stakeholders.
• Communicate project requirements and coordinate with field leadership to define schedules and scope.
• Execute change orders, document scope changes and cost differences.
• Perform continual project reviews with client and internal teams.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders to manage scope changes and issues.
• Own KPIs and ensure projects progress according to budget and schedule.
• Oversee invoicing, payroll, and T&M sheets.
