Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a project team, training and coaching members.
• Act as primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and delivery.
• Review proposals and plans to determine budget and staffing needs.
• Establish and maintain work plans and schedules.
• Visit project sites as required and report progress.
• Prepare status and job cost reports for management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety.
