Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; engineering preferred.
• Ten or more (10+) years of experience.
• Project management certification preferred.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and analytical skills – written and verbal.
• High level of personal integrity.
• Strong relationship capabilities.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall accountability for client satisfaction for assigned projects and programs of work.
• Provide overall accountability for the profit and loss of assigned projects, managing data related to safety, quality, cost, schedule, progress measurement, risk management, and change management.
• Single point of accountability for client and internal management for all contractual, commercial, and technical matters related to the assigned project.
• Manage complex projects from planning through delivery.
• Ensure project compliance with company processes, procedures, contract exhibits, client scope, and regulatory and code requirements.
• Liaison between project members, cross-functional teams, senior leadership, external vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables and schedules are met.
• Communicate changes to cost/schedule baselines to DOA and client as required.
• Plan and facilitate project meetings; prepare agendas, notes, and summaries.
• Monitor task status; identify risk and mitigation actions.
• Allocate resources, budgets, and hours; adjust as needed.
• Assess supplier/contractor performance and take corrective actions.
• Manage client relationships before, during, and after project execution.
• Engage in client activities to promote Bowman’s capabilities.
