Ladders seeks a Manager, Global Central Operations to lead and coordinate global activities in the media space. The role partners with leadership, trainers and stakeholders to reinforce subject matter expertise and uphold service standards across distributed teams.

Location: Remote - US-based candidates only. Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 annually. The position emphasizes change management, documentation upkeep and policy implementation within an internationally connected environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in medical records preferred.
• At least 1 year of management or 2 years of lead experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Visio, CRM, Power BI, and Workday.
• CRIS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Support global partners' leadership teams and trainers in developing subject matter expertise.
• Provide feedback and direction to global partners.
• Ensure accountability in meeting SLAs.
• Communicate updates on internal initiatives and policies.
• Organize and update necessary documentation.
• Align workflows for global teams with SOPs.

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Global Central Operations to join the team of a leader in the Media space.

This role will oversee global operational coordination and help ensure consistent execution across distributed teams. The position will partner closely with leadership, trainers, and internal stakeholders to strengthen subject matter expertise, maintain service standards, and support effective communication across the organization. It will also play a key part in change management, documentation upkeep, and policy implementation within a fast-moving, internationally connected environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
