Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant experience.
• Logistics or supply chain management background.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work or military experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated account management support, including issue resolution, financial performance, contract adherence, solution design and pricing.
• Handle customer expectations and provide recommendations for strategic initiatives.
• Manage contracts for assigned accounts and all account-driven activities.
• Develop short-term and long-range organizational plans and goals.
• Ensure annual profit, efficiency and quality goals at each client engagement.
• Direct capital expenditure and asset deployment activities.
• Inspire and ensure a Lean culture.
• Travel domestically by road, rail and air as required.
• Work Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm on 1st shift.
