Responsibilities

• Deliver overall logistics service to the client.
• Analyze KPIs to ensure efficiency and procedures are maintained.
• Liaise with client on a scheduled basis to review service provision and develop business opportunities.
• Responsible for contract negotiations.
• Account retention and development.
• Ensure project delivery to time and budget as well as client satisfaction.
