Job summary

The Emmes Group is seeking a Global Project Manager to lead Biopharmaceutical-sponsored clinical trials across the lifecycle. You will act as the internal project lead, oversee timelines, budgets, and quality, and maintain strong client relationships while driving risk mitigation.

This senior role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and management to ensure successful study delivery and contract fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline.
• 7-9 years managing a clinical research portfolio across multiple indications.
• 1-3 years as global trial team lead or global project management role.
• Proven track record delivering complex trials on time, within budget.
• Experience fostering client and internal relationships.
• Strong knowledge of ICH GCP and global regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and trial management systems.
• Experience leading diverse staff and teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and bids; manage budgets, schedules and quality.
• Develop client relationships and coordinate stakeholders.
• Mitigate risks and drive milestone achievement.
• Ensure contract compliance and changes are managed.
• Present study metrics and maintain transparency with stakeholders.
• Monitor delivery and adjust plans as needed to meet timelines.
• Drive adherence to quality control and deliverables.
• Manage resources including personnel and subcontracts.
• Collaborate with BD, contracts, and exec management for amendments.
