The Emmes Company, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Leader to drive successful delivery of clinical research projects on a remote basis across the US. You will manage budgets and supervise project leaders while coordinating with operations, regulatory, and pharmacovigilance teams.

Ideal candidates bring extensive CRO/pharma experience, strong leadership, and proven ability to grow client relationships and support future studies. Emmes emphasizes collaboration and innovative research methodologies.

Qualifications

• Education/Requirements: science degree with extensive pharma/CRO experience.
• Demonstrated management of complex clinical trials in late stages.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for on-time, on-budget delivery of client statements of work.
• Lead and mentor project leaders; collaborate with various Emmes verticals.
• Maintain client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
