Job summary

Emmes Group is seeking a Global Project Manager to lead multi-trial programs in a cutting-edge clinical research environment. You will partner with biopharma clients and internal teams across Emmes and Veridix AI to deliver on contract commitments, milestones, and quality standards.

The role emphasizes governance across trials, strong communication with stakeholders, and proactive risk management within a fast‑paced, science-driven company. Remote/US-based work options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline is required.
• 7–9 years managing a clinical research portfolio across multiple indications and client types.
• 1–3 years in pharmaceutical and/or CRO settings, global Trial Team Lead or Global Project Management experience.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex trials within time, quality, and cost parameters.
• Strong client and internal relationship-building capabilities.
• Solid understanding of ICH GCP and global regulatory guidelines.
• Proficiency with MS Office and trial management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary lead for project bids and multi-trial initiatives.
• Ensure delivery of project deliverables within contract, budget, schedule, and quality targets.
• Develop client relationships with executives and project staff.
• Collaborate to manage risks and drive milestone achievement.
• Act as primary client contact and adapt to client needs.
• Track deliverables and present study metrics to stakeholders.
• Identify risks to delivery and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure quality control and timely reports and deliverables.
• Manage resources including budget, personnel, and subcontracts.
• Handle scope changes and out-of-scope requests.
