Job summary

Emmes Group seeks a Global Project Manager to lead multi-trial programs across biopharma clients. You will manage scope, budget, timelines, and quality while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver clinical study milestones.

In this role, you’ll develop strong client and internal relationships, drive risk mitigation, and present project metrics to stakeholders. Remote work from anywhere in the US is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline is required.
• 7–9 years managing a clinical research portfolio across indications and client types.
• Experience in global Trial Team Lead or Global Project Management roles in pharma/CRO expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead bids and multi-trial initiatives as primary project owner.
• Ensure deliverables meet contract, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, executives, and project staff.
• Identify risks, mitigate issues, and drive milestone achievement.
• Present study metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
