Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business management, financial accounting, or administration.
• 3–5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Valid Driver’s License, Passport and TWIC Card.
• Demonstrated ability to support operations in a high-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

Responsibilities

• Serve as project accountant for various global projects.
• Track daily costs using the standard cost tracking spreadsheet and report variances.
• Prepare cash flow and profit projections for projects.
• Coordinate logistics of equipment and resources.
• Manage on-site purchases and ensure proper purchase requisitions.
• Assist with mobilization and demobilization of equipment.
• Manage petty cash and per diem funds; provide weekly expense reports.
• Ensure timesheets are completed and submitted to accounting.
