Job summary

Xsolla is seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our Global Experiential Marketing team. You will support planning from concept through completion, help track timelines, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors in a fast-paced, global environment.

Reporting to the Project Manager / Operations Manager, you will gain experience with Jira and other Atlassian tools, learn processes, manage multiple projects, and contribute to post-event analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–2 years of experience in a project coordination or project management support role.
• Exposure to global or large-scale event operations is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Jira and common office software is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning from concept through completion to align with goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Support cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure project elements are aligned.
• Set up and maintain Jira timelines and event calendars; assist in timely updates.
• Help communicate process updates to stakeholders after agreement with managers.
• Assist in post-event debriefs, data collection, and reporting for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and support multitasking across events.
