Job summary

Xsolla Inc. is seeking a Developer Experience Event Manager to plan, manage, and execute high-impact developer-facing events including conferences, meetups, and hackathons.

You will partner with the Director of Experiential Marketing and the Developer Relations team to turn engagement priorities into world-class experiences from concept to on-site execution. You will manage budgets across currencies, coordinate with marketing and product teams, and ensure compelling demos and activations at

Qualifications

• 3+ years in event management or experiential marketing, preferably in gaming/tech/software.
• Experience translating developer engagement priorities into event plans.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead event strategy, logistics, and on-site execution for developer-focused events.
• Collaborate with Developer Relations to align regional priorities with event plans.
• Manage sponsorships and partnerships at events.
• Source venues and vendors and negotiate terms for events and activations.
• Track budgets across currencies and regions for the events portfolio.
• Coordinate campaigns and landing pages, email, and social initiatives.
• Create event listings on registration platforms and own related materials.
• Coordinate speaking sessions and workshops with internal teams.
• Support lighthouse demos and on-site product demonstrations.
