We seek an events-focused professional to lead strategy, logistics, and on-site execution for North American and global events, support corporate events, manage merchandise and sponsorships, and track budgets while coordinating content for speaking sessions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in event management or experiential marketing, ideally in gaming or tech.
• Strong project management, communication, and budget management skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Splash.

Responsibilities

• Lead event strategy, logistics, and on-site execution for North American and global events.
• Support corporate events, manage merchandise, and oversee sponsorship deliverables.
• Track budgets, collaborate with marketing, and coordinate content for speaking sessions.
