Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Project Controls Program Lead in Nashville to serve as a senior contributor shaping cost controls strategy for global data center programs. You will influence standards, templates, and reporting across regions and lead advanced cost modeling and executive summaries.

You will work across Design & Construction, Procurement, Finance, and Scheduling to ensure cost performance aligns with delivery goals, using P6 scheduling and Excel-based tools to drive insights and decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 8+ years in a senior Project Controls role with cost controls and reporting for large capital construction projects.
• Senior expertise in budgeting, forecasting, change management, contingency management, and cost reporting.
• Ability to write processes, refine templates, and scale standards across multiple projects/regions.
• Experience preparing executive-level cost reports and decision-support materials.
• Advanced Excel skills to build scalable, executive-ready models and templates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine global cost controls strategy, standards, and reporting cadences across projects and regions.
• Create standardized budgets, forecasts, and change-control templates for executive summaries.
• Establish governance for WBS/CBS structures, cost codes, and monthly cost reporting.
• Lead or support budgets, cash flows, forecasts, and cost-to-complete analyses.
• Drive disciplined monthly cost reporting with variance analysis and risk evaluation.
• Build advanced Excel-based and AI-assisted models and trackers for consistency and auditability.
• Review contractor pricing, reconcile estimate changes, and provide commercial recommendations.
• Support contingency tracking and leadership visibility on cost performance.
• Collaborate with Design & Construction, Procurement, Finance, Scheduling, and regional teams to align cost controls with execution.
