Oracle's Real Estate & Facilities (RE&F) in Nashville is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead cost, schedule, risk, change, and reporting controls for a mega-scale design and construction program on the Nashville campus.

You will establish a single source of truth for program performance, partner with project leadership, design teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders to provide timely, accurate insight across planning, procurement, construction, commissioning and closeout.

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated experience leading project controls for large-scale programs.
• Strong ability to define and enforce program controls standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated cost, schedule, risk, change, and reporting controls for a mega-scale design and construction program.
• Establish a single source of truth for program performance.
• Partner with project leadership, design teams, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to provide timely, accurate insight across all phases.
