The ideal candidate brings senior-level expertise in cost project controls, forecasting, change management, contingency management, commercial analysis, executive reporting, and advanced Excel-based cost modeling.

Qualifications

• Senior-level cost project controls experience.
• Experience forecasting, change management, and contingency management.
• Proven ability to produce executive cost reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine global cost controls strategy, standards, and reporting cadence across projects and regions.
• Create standardized templates for budgets, forecasts, and cost documentation.
• Establish governance for WBS/CBS structures, cost codes, and monthly cost reporting.
• Lead budgets, cost plans, cash flows, forecasts, and cost-to-complete assessments.
• Drive monthly cost reporting with clear variances, risks, and opportunities.
