Oracle's Real Estate & Facilities (RE&F) in Nashville is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead cost, schedule, risk, change, and reporting controls for a mega-scale design and construction program on the Nashville campus.
You will establish a single source of truth for program performance, partner with project leadership, design teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders to provide timely, accurate insight across planning, procurement, construction, commissioning and closeout.
As a Project Controls Manager (PCM) for Project Delivery Management (PDM), you will lead the integrated cost, schedule, risk, change, and reporting controls function for a mega-scale design and construction program within Oracle's Real Estate & Facilities (RE&F) organization, with an exclusive focus on the Nashville campus development and related initiatives. This role will establish a single source of truth for program performance, partnering with project leadership, design teams, contractors, consultants, and internal Oracle stakeholders to provide timely, accurate, and actionable insight across all phases of planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout. The Project Controls Manager will define and enforce project controls standards, maintain integrated program baselines, and drive disciplined forecasting, risk management, and executive reporting across a complex, multi-phased portfolio. The position is based in Nashville, TN. While occasional support for broader Americas region initiatives may be requested, the primary and ongoing responsibility of this role is dedicated to the Nashville campus project.
