Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a seasoned Project Controls leader to oversee large capital programs. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage cost, schedule, and resource baselines, and ensure cradle-to-grave delivery from front-end planning through operational qualification.

The role emphasizes rigorous financial concepts, risk management, and change control, with opportunities to lead others and influence project strategy. Domestic travel is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in business management, finance, engineering, construction, or related area or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in project controls on major industrial or manufacturing projects.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Lilly will not sponsor work visas.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls on major capital projects (≥$500MM USD) to deliver asset objectives with safety, cost, schedule, and quality.
• Establish baselines for cost, schedule and resources; manage change control and risk.
• Lead and train project control teams to deliver business objectives and ensure compliance with finance policies.
• Monitor costs, forecast cash flows, and manage contracts and pay applications.
