Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in project controls (cost and schedule) on large projects with overall responsibility.
• Thorough knowledge and demonstrated experience in directing cost engineering, cost estimating, control and analysis; establishing criteria and system setup for all project control activities.
• Working knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start-up/setup work processes.
• Involvement in continuous improvement and capacity building/talent development.
• Demonstrated skill in management, supervisory and personnel administrative functions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working internationally (preference KSA experience).

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgets, cost, planning/scheduling, and change management across projects.
• Assess project control staff capability and assign roles/responsibilities.
• Develop department operating structures and procedures aligned with PMM processes.
• Control and monitor project schedules from registration to handover.
• Ensure input to monthly dashboards and maintain portfolio-level schedules.
• Prepare consolidated cost reports and monitor cash flow and funding.
