Job summary

Hill International is seeking a Construction Management Department Manager to lead the department across international locations with a focus on large-scale infrastructure programs. The role requires relocation to Saudi Arabia and may involve deployment to projects worldwide.

The candidate will supervise construction professionals, manage budgets and schedules, enforce safety, and coordinate with clients and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 20+ years' experience in large-scale infrastructure or city development projects, leading to senior construction management roles.
• Experience on major government/international sites with site engineering, project controls, EHS, contracts, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion.
• Ensure safety, budget, and schedule adherence per PMM processes.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project requirements.
• Manage contracts with suppliers/subcontractors and ensure adherence to contracts.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on risks and opportunities.
• Lead a team of construction professionals, mentor staff, and implement safety protocols.
