Job summary

KBR in Riyadh is seeking a Deputy Controls Director to lead the governance and execution of project controls for a major infrastructure programme. You will manage onboarding, governance structures, and reporting across PMIS platforms and dashboards.

The role requires 12+ years of post-graduate experience, strong leadership, and expertise with Unifier, P6, and Aconex, ensuring data quality, KPI alignment, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 12+ years post-graduation experience in project controls or similar.
• Proven governance, reporting and KPI management for large infrastructure programs.
• Experience with PMIS systems such as Unifier, P6, Aconex.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train PMCs and maintain onboarding trackers.
• Maintain and govern project controls governance structures (RACI).
• Develop and manage reporting calendars and BI dashboards.
• Prepare executive-level programme status reports and KPI rubrics.
