Plan International USA, Inc. is seeking a Program Coordinator to support proposal development and project implementation across U.S. and global offices.

The role includes coordinating budgets, narratives, and deliverables while maintaining strong donor compliance and internal processes. You will work with Proposal Managers and program teams to ensure proposals and projects are well organized, on schedule, and effectively coordinated across stakeholders in a hybrid environment based in the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in proposal development, business development, grants, or program coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate across teams, time zones, and cultures.

Responsabilités

• Support operational and programmatic implementation of projects, ensuring compliance with SOPs and donor rules.
• Review project budgets, budget modifications, invoices, and financial reports with the Senior Program Manager.
• Maintain budget projection trackers and coordinate data entry from Country Offices and U.S. home office.
• Liaise with grants, technical, finance, and program teams to gather proposal inputs.
